Happy pride month! With it being June I wanted to share some resources that are crypto-related and help the LGBTQIA+ community! This article will outline Queer in Crypto, LGBT Token, and Maricoin.
Queer in Crypto
Queer in Crypto is a “DAO community focusing on advocating for the queer community by technologies, policies, and opportunities of the Decentralized Future.” Their goal is to nourish a community where they can support one another, share opportunities, and work together! They want to promote safety and be visible. Read more about Queer in Crypto here.
LGBT Token
The LGBT token is a cryptocurrency founded by the LGBT Foundation. The LGBT Foundation’s goal is to bring crypto to the global pink economy and really leverage this market.
Their goals are to secure the identity of their users in places where it may be unsafe in certain areas to be out. Additionally, a portion of this goes back to the community by aiding funding to “LGBT discrimination, oppression, and inequality on a global scale.” Read more about their goals and mission here.

Mariocoin was invented in Spain in late 2021 and created for the LGBTQIA+ community. Their goal in launching this currency is to “empower the community and provide it new financial options.” You can read more on this topic here.

Queer in Crypto, LGBT Token, and Maricoin are here all year round to make a difference in the LGBTQIA+ community. Thank you for all you do for the community.
